We collect information customers provide when browsing, creating an account, placing an order, joining a waitlist, contacting support, or managing a subscription. This can include name, email address, shipping address, billing details, selected products, plan preferences, order history, support messages, and website usage information.
We use customer information to operate the store, process orders, manage subscriptions, provide the Hair Wallet and account portal, prevent fraud, answer support requests, send transactional messages, improve the site, and comply with legal and tax obligations.
Card and payment details are processed by Stripe. My Hair Plan stores checkout, customer, order, subscription, and payment identifiers needed to fulfill orders and support customers, but does not store full card numbers.
We use service providers for hosting, database, authentication, payments, email delivery, fraud prevention, analytics, and security. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to My Hair Plan.
When configured, Google Analytics, Cloudflare Web Analytics, Cloudflare Turnstile, and similar tools may collect device, browser, interaction, and traffic information to measure site performance, protect forms, and reduce abuse.
My Hair Plan is operated from the United States. If you shop from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.
Customers can request help accessing, correcting, or deleting account information by contacting support. Some records may be retained where needed for order fulfillment, fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance, dispute handling, or security.
My Hair Plan is intended for adult customers and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
