My Hair Plan ships eligible orders to United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland. Available countries are shown again during checkout.
Current checkout does not add a separate standard shipping fee for supported countries unless a product, promotion, or checkout notice says otherwise.
Ship Now orders are typically processed and packed within 2-5 business days after payment review. Build Credit First orders ship after the Hair Wallet balance reaches the selected package value and the order is locked for fulfillment, then follow the same 2-5 business day processing window.
United States orders typically arrive within 5-12 business days of ordering (2-5 business days processing plus 3-7 business days carrier transit). Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and supported European countries typically arrive within 10-21 business days, depending on carrier service and customs processing. If an item needs vendor confirmation before packing, we email you with an updated estimate before it ships.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local delivery charges required by their country unless a checkout flow states otherwise.
Tracking details are sent after the shipment is packed and accepted by the carrier. Tracking may take time to update after the label is created.
