No. Products are available through a My Hair Plan subscription.
Can I subscribe monthly?
Yes. Choose your hair, length, options, and delivery schedule. Your monthly price updates based on your selections.
When does my first delivery ship?
You choose. On monthly Ship Now plans, the first recurring payment covers the first box and begins fulfillment. Longer Ship Now intervals separately collect the first box and first monthly credit. Build Credit First ships once your Hair Wallet balance is ready.
Can I change my length later?
Yes, before the order lock deadline. Longer lengths may cost more. Cheaper options may leave credit in your Hair Wallet.
Can I skip a delivery?
Yes, if you skip before the order locks. Your credit remains in your Hair Wallet.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancellation and unused-credit handling follow the subscription terms shown at checkout and in your account.
