Is My Hair Plan a mystery box?
No. You choose the product and available options before subscribing. We do not replace your selection with random hair.
Do I receive a box every month?
Only if you choose monthly delivery. You can also choose delivery every 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 months while your subscription payment remains monthly.
What is the difference between Ship Now and Build Credit First?
Ship Now includes the first selected box at checkout. Build Credit First adds monthly Hair Wallet credits until the selected package value is ready for shipment.
Can I see the price before subscribing?
Yes. Product pages update the package value and monthly subscription amount as you change the product options and delivery frequency.
